An Adult Case of Tetrarolgy of Fallot

A 47-year-old patient with Tetralogy of Fallot with history of six times of normal vaginal delivery

Tetrology of Fallot is the most common cyanotic congenital heart defect after infancy. There are several reports of adult cases of this anomaly who reaches adulthood. This case is a 47-year-old woman with history of 6 times of normal vaginal delivery although she had been suffering from cyanotic spells.
