Dr. Reza Nejat

I, Dr. Reza Nejat, am an Iranian board-certified Anesthesiologist and Fellow of Critical Care Medicine. After graduating from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) as a general practitioner, I could obtain the ECFMG certificate and, upon being admitted in Anesthesiology residency programme at Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS), I could pass board-certification exam in Anesthesiology successfully. Passing the fellowship programme in Critical Care Medicine (CCM) at Sina Hospital, TUMS, I have been practicing as an intensivist since 2014. During this period, I was inclined to study molecular medicine in the field of sepsis, immunology, acute heart failure and neuro-critical care. The field of molecular medicine led me to study deeply in COVID-19 which till now resulted in publishing five papers.
